What lecturers know and students don’t, and what students know and lecturers don’t.

What lecturers are not aware of – and student are – is simply how powerful they are in influencing their students.

What students don’t know is how envious their teachers are; as students they are able to work, making and studying art full time, whilst their lecturers have to fit in studio time with their teaching, family and other commitments.
I
I
The staff are envious of the freedom of youth.
